រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ - ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា៖ មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាព (ម.អ.ស.) ដែលជាមូលនិធិរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលធ្វើការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានវិនិយោគ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីដែលធ្វើនវានុវត្តន៍ បានប្រកាសដាក់ដំណើរការនូវ កម្មវិធីផ្ដល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានវិនិយោគភាគទុន (Startup Investment Package Initiative) សម្រាប់ផ្ដល់កញ្ចប់វិនិយោគភាគទុន (Equity Investment) ដល់ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីដែលមានសក្តានុពលនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
កិច្ចផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះគឺជាការបោះជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ក្នុងការចូលរួមជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍធុរកិច្ចថ្មីនៅកម្ពុជាដែលកំពុងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងដំណាក់កាលចាប់ផ្តើម (Early Stage) និង ដំណាក់កាលរីកលូតលាស់ (Growth Stage)។ ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីដែលនឹងទទួលបានការផ្ដល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានវិនិយោគភាគទុនពី ម.អ.ស. អាចប្រើប្រាស់ថវិកាដើម្បីគាំទ្រការពង្រឹងគំរូអាជីវកម្ម ការពង្រីកប្រតិបត្តិការ និង ការចូលទៅទីផ្សារថ្មីៗ។ ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីដែលមានគុណវុឌ្ឍិសមស្របនឹងលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលបានកំណត់ដោយ ម.អ.ស. ត្រូវបំពេញពាក្យតាមអនឡាញ ដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងដំណើរការជ្រើសរើស និង ត្រួតពិនិត្យលម្អិត (Due Diligence) មុននឹងទទួលបានការវិនិយោគពី ម.អ.ស.។
កិច្ចផ្តួចផ្តើមនៃ កម្មវិធីផ្ដល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានវិនិយោគភាគទុន នេះ បានសបង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញារបស់ ម.អ.ស. ក្នុងការចូលរួមជំរុញវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និង សហគ្រិនភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។ តាមរយៈការផ្ដល់កញ្ចប់ហិរញ្ញប្បទាននេះ, ម.អ.ស. មានគោលបំណងលើកស្ទួយវិស័យសហគ្រិនភាព និង នវានុវត្តន៍នៅកម្ពុជា ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ ដើម្បីបង្កើតប្រព័ន្ធអេកូស៊ីសហគ្រិនភាពមួយ ដែលរឹងមាំ និង មានភាពចីរភាព។ កម្មវិធីនេះគឺត្រូវបានអនុវត្តដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនប្រឹក្សាយោបល់បច្ចេកទេស Prestige Consulting (Prestige Alliance Co., Ltd) ដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងវិស័យវិនិយោគ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និង បច្ចេកវិទ្យា ដើម្បីធ្វើការត្រួតពិនិត្យលម្អិត និង ជ្រើសរើសការវិនិយោគឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវគ្រប់លក្ខខណ្ឌ និង ប្រកបដោយតម្លាភាព។

Phnom Penh, Cambodia: The Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF), a government fund investing in innovative startups, announces the launch of the Startup Investment Package, a new initiative designed to provide direct equity funding into eligible startups in Cambodia.
This program marks a significant step in accelerating the growth of Cambodia’s innovation ecosystem by offering early to growth stage funding to promising ventures. Selected startups will receive investment capital in exchange for equity, supporting their efforts to scale operations, strengthen business models, and enter new markets. Eligible applicants will be shortlisted and invited to undergo a due diligence process, after which final investment decisions will be made.
The Startup Investment Package reflects EDF’s commitment in empowering Cambodian entrepreneurs beyond funding. Through this strategic initiative, EDF aim to nurture entrepreneurship and innovation in Cambodia, aligning with national development goals to foster a vibrant and sustainable startup ecosystem. This initiative is implemented by Prestige Consulting (Prestige Alliance Co., Ltd) which will conduct a transparent and rigorous due diligence and investment selection process.
